Dumplings

Dumplings

1 ½ cup flour

1 tsp. salt

1 egg

½ cupmilk

Mix flour and salt. Add beaten egg and milk.

1 can chili beans

1 pint of canned tomatoes

Bring beans to a boil. Add tomatoes. Drop dumplings into hot mixture in eight parts. Put a tight-fitting lid on the pan. Cook for 20 minutes at 350o F.
