Caramel Corn

Caramel Popcorn
1 ½ cups white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
1 ½ cups dark karo syrup
2 cubes butter
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
8 quarts popped popcorn
Mix first five ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil four minutes. Add vanilla. Pour over at least 8 quarts popped popcorn and stir well. Emily did not form popcorn balls with this recipe.
